Fund Management

Hands-On Innovative Approach Fund Management

We offer a hands-on and innovative approach to our fund management opportunities. Members of our board maintain a FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative license in order to raise capital into our fund management opportunities. We’ve enjoyed successful returns since 2011, and our intimate knowledge of low-to-moderate income families, combined with the management of this asset-class, separates our ability to provide exceptional returns to our investors. Our management team has been in the scratch and dent loan space prior to the 2007/2008 housing market recession. The utilization of a unique trade-platform, our loss mitigation capabilities, our local and regional investor network that spans the country and abroad, allows us to offer returns to our investors the market can infrequently offer. We focus in designing the ideal structures that cater to different investor appetites. Both short-term and long-term options. If you are seeking a passive investment opportunity, and have the ability to invest please contact us at cs@granitestrategic.com
